Fast set logger
Big controls on the next set only. Weights and reps pre-fill from last time, rest timer included. Works offline in the gym basement.
A lifting log built like an instrument panel: big numbers, one tap per set, and a coach that tells you what to lift next. Your history, PRs and health data in one place. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it opens.
Try it: tap LOG SET. Sample data, not a real account.
Built first for one serious lifter's own training, then opened up. Here's the plan for launch, and what comes after.
Big controls on the next set only. Weights and reps pre-fill from last time, rest timer included. Works offline in the gym basement.
Your experience tier, lift trends, a PR board, weekly volume and recent records, all worked out from your own sets. Follow the five lifts you care about.
Five progression styles: two-set, double progression, linear, 5/3/1 and adaptive. Every suggestion comes with the reason.
Add Bench-mark to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports connectors. Ask about your training or log a workout by describing it.
Sleep, resting heart rate, steps and body weight pulled in through Google Health, which syncs with Apple Health and Fitbit. A direct Apple Health connection arrives with the iPhone app.
Import your Strong CSV and keep every workout you've ever logged. Switch without starting over.
One setting. Every screen shows one unit, never both, with step sizes that make sense in each.
A web app you add to your home screen. Phone layout on the go, a wider sidebar layout on tablets and foldables.
Share profiles and PR boards with friends, with privacy controls first. Opt-in only.
After launchNot in the plan: calorie tracking, smartwatch apps, form-check video. Native iPhone and Android apps come later.
The Benchmarks tab is where the app earns its name. Your experience tier, the lifts you care about, your records and your volume, all worked out from your own sets. Pick up to five lifts to follow.
Counted from your first logged workout, time off included. Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, Olympian.
Made-up data. Amber tags flag a lift the coach sees stalling, or one you're back on after time off.
No two lifters progress alike, so the coach is a set of plain rules you choose from. Same lift, same last session, five different answers. Drag the slider to change how last session went.
Simplified from the real rules. The app also reads effort (reps in reserve), stalls, breaks and deloads.
Every PR is flagged automatically. Hover or drag across the chart to read any week.
E1RM = estimated one-rep max, from weight and reps. Made-up data.
Connect Bench-mark to the AI assistant you already use. It can read your history and PRs, and log a workout from a sentence. It never saves anything until you confirm, every entry is tagged Logged via AI, and you can undo it.
Works with Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that support connectors, on the subscription you already pay for. Unclear exercise names get a question, not a guess.
Scripted preview of how it will behave. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Sleep, heart rate and body weight sit next to your lifts, so a bad session has an explanation. Data arrives through the Google Health API, which also syncs from Apple Health on iPhone. A direct Apple Health connection will be added when the iOS app is released.
Made-up numbers. Your health data stays private to your account, with export and delete built in before launch.
The core of Bench-mark, logging, history, PRs and the built-in coach, is planned to be free. Pro adds the hosted AI coach and deeper analytics. Pricing isn't set yet, and we'd rather tell you honestly than guess.
Early sign-ups hear about pricing first.
Plans may change before launch.
Leave your email and we'll send one message when Bench-mark opens.
